Pride Nieuw-West vindt dit jaar voor de 5de keer plaats op 10 juli van 17-22. De festiviteiten starten op vrijdagavond om 17 uur met de officiële opening op de Sloterplasboulevard tegenover theater de Meervaart. Kom genieten van performances, speeches, drag en muziek met onze hostess Dolly Bellefleur.

Het thema van de Pride is dit jaar Unity. Voor alle verschillende groepen van onze regenboogcommunity maken wij plek om samen te vieren.
Met deze feestelijke opening vergroten we samen de zichtbaarheid en acceptatie van de LHBTIQA+ community in het grootste stadsdeel van Amsterdam en leggen we de verbinding met andere gemarginaliseerde groepen.

Ook is er een informatiemarkt, de horeca wordt verzorgd door Cafe Vrij. Voor de kids is er een groot springkussen en gratis suikerspinnen!

Pride Nieuw-West is taking place for the 5th time this year on July 10 from 5 PM to 10 PM. The festivities start on Friday evening at 5 PM with the official opening on the Sloterplasboulevard opposite the De Meervaart theater. Come enjoy performances, speeches, drag, and music with our hostess Dolly Bellefleur.

The theme of Pride this year is Unity. We are making room for all the different groups of our rainbow community to celebrate together. With this festive opening, we’ll increase the visibility and acceptance of the LGBTQA+ community together, in the largest district of Amsterdam and forge connections with other marginalized groups.

There is also an information market, and catering is provided by Cafe Vrij. For the kids, there is a large bouncy castle and free cotton candy!
